Review:

This one comes off as very "weird" coffee. It starts off with a bitter chocolate note which suddenly shifts gears into an almost floral sweetness on top a slightly citrus background. The coffee has a rich caramel like body and finishes pretty smoothly. This is one coffee which seems to be at the intersection of a specialty coffee and an Indian coffee, with the best of both the flavours in one cup.

Best for: Pourovers, Aeropress

Worst for: Espresso

Pro tips:

Brew using a 1:15 ratio and a medium-coarse grind to get a sweet balance

Pair with food. This is a coffee designed for complementing desserts and breads

Final verdict: Highly recommended. One of the best medium roasts in the market.
