Review:

This coffee has notes of sweet lime, mango and is light bodied. The roasters mentions notes of citrus blossom, tropical fruits and floral. The brew has a brilliant aroma but falls a little short in terms of the strength of the notes in the brew. Higher brew ratios do give a distinct flavour profile but then the challenge is control over the balance. The good part is that there are almost no bitters in the cup and turns out to have a fruity sweet finish. A fairly complex cup with a few strong suits.

Best for: Pourover

Worst for: South Indian Filter

Pro tips:

Brew using a ratio of 1:12 to 1:14 to get a moderately strong fruity balance

Final verdict: Recommended. A great Araku Valley organic coffee.
