Review:
This coffee has notes of cocoa nibs, stone-fruit and cherries. The brand mentions tasting notes of dark cherry and passion fruit. I felt that the cup is much more peachy than passion fruit like. On brewing, the cup starts off with a strong bitter note but then the complexity takes over. There is an underlying sweetness equalling that of ripe cherries and has a medium body to complement the balance. It finishes off well. I believe this would make for a great french press or an espresso.
