Review:

This coffee has notes of dark chocolate, nuts and is slightly acidic. The roaster mentions dark chocolate, figs and roasted almonds as the tasting notes. Personally, I found it hard to nail the figs in the cup and all I could find was a slight acidity. The coffee starts starts and ends with a bitter chocolate note. It has an underlying sweetness running through the cup supported by a medium body. A very straightforward coffee. Might be one of the best everyday coffees of 2020.
