Review:

The coffee has notes of grapes and pepper. What I liked about this coffee is that the aroma and flavours are in sync with each other, which many coffees fail to do so. The coffee has a rounded body with hints of lemon in the finish. Overall a decent coffee.

Best for: French Press

Worst for: Aeropress

Pro tips:

Use coarser grinds to get a sweeter balance

Bypass in case you use finer grinds to get the right balance. Don’t brew at a higher ratios because you’ll still end up over extracting
