Review:

This coffee has notes of berries, stone-fruit, chocolate and a hint of tropical fruits almost mango-like. Seems to be a coffee which reflects the terroir fairly well as you can connect the interplay of flavours within the cup and has this enjoyable complexity to it. A great balance and a sweet chocolate finish. Personally, I feel this coffee has potential to be explored as the coffee tends to evolve over time. The balance grew on my palate over time. A coffee to look out for.

Best for: Pourover

Worst for: Espresso

Pro tips:

Go for a finer grind till the time you hit the right brightness

Use slightly hotter water to extract more sweetness in the cup

Final verdict: Highly recommended for those who love complexity in their cup.
