Review:

This coffee has notes of tangerines, nectarines, honey, lime and chocolate. The flavour notes mention dark chocolate, toffee and lime but I found it to be pretty citrusy. The fruits dominate the head of the coffee with an underlying chocolaty texture. It has a rounded acidity with a balanced yet complex structure. One interesting coffee to drink. I feel there is much more scope in developing this.

Best for: Pourover

Worst for: French Press

Pro tips:

With a 1:17 brew ratio and a 8/10 grind size on your grinder, keep reducing grind size till you reach the point where the balance is a bit off. Then go back one grind size. You will find your balance with this coffee.

Final verdict: Worth a try.
