Review:

This coffee has notes of chocolate, berry with a distinct cherry tomato-like sourness indicating a natural processing, and a slight earthiness. The roaster mentions notes of berries, jaggery and floral, the latter two which I found were missing. But inspite of that, the coffee has a great body and finishes well. It falls short in terms of complexity but it can be viewed as a challenging coffee to work with. I enjoyed working on this coffee and makes for a great everyday option to enjoy a good balance of bitters and astringents if you are able to nail the recipe.

Best for: Aeropress

Worst for: Espresso

Pro tips:

Cool the brew to highlight the acidity of the balance.

Final verdict: Moderately recommended. Can be tough coffee for a brewer to work with.
