Review:
This coffee has notes of oranges, grapes, raisins, lime and is slightly earthy. This is one bright coffee to enjoy and pretty complex. The acidity of the citrus interplays with the sweets of the grapes. It has a heavenly aroma and goes well as a food pairing coffee. Fairly straightforward even though I was expecting a bit more from it.
Best for: Aeropress
Worst for: Siphon, Mokapot
Pro tips:
Use a 30gm+ coffee recipe on an AeroPress to get a softer balance
Final verdict: Bit expensive for its quality. Can try sourcing a smaller sampler from them.
