Review:
The aromatics of this coffee has notes of chocolates, biscuits, lemon, nuts and berry. The tasting notes are those of dry fruits and chocolate. It has a medium body with a good balance of acidity and sweetness. I loved the sweet jam like undertones. This coffee has a pretty good roast profile but not too complex. Finishes smoothly and is a decent everyday coffee. I only fear extracting too many bitters might ruin the flavor balance. Hence, care needs to be taken in brewing this coffee. I'm not sure if any further work can be done by the roaster to improve this blend of arabica and robusta.
