Review:
The coffee has aromatics which are not that impressive but then citrusy earthy notes take over. The roaster mentions tasting notes of jackfruit and lemongrass with a spicy aftertaste. I did not feel the jackfruit but the lemongrass was distinctly present. The spiciness was typical of coffee being grown alongside pepper. Decent body and aftertaste. Not too impressed by the coffee. It may be the issue with the estate and not the roaster.
Best for: French press, Espresso
Worst for: Aeropress

This coffee needs to be filtered with metal filters to get the oily-ness which compliments its balance
Final verdict: Moderately recommensed. They have better coffees
