Review:

This coffee has notes of oranges, lime and honey. It has a medium light body which may be indicative of an under developed roast. This coffee can be roasted better to get the right balance and flavour profile. The finish of the coffee is decent but the aftertaste weens off pretty quickly. Coffee needs significant rework.

Best for: Pourover, cold brew

Worst for: French Press

Pro tips:

Use a finer grind size to extract maximum flavours and body

Final verdict: Their only light roast if that serves your purpose. Not recommended otherwise as there are better options available.
