Review:
This coffee has notes of chocolate and nuts with a slight sweetness and acidity running in the background. It has a good rounded body and a great mouthfeel. The balance is just right. It finishes off on a chocolaty note and leaves off a sweet bitter aftertaste. Flavour complexity wise the coffee is fairly straight forward. The roaster seems to have done a great job considering there are others who roast the same washed coffee.

This is a coffee on which you should practice for the championship. Fairly consistent and tweaking variables will help understand performance of different brewing parameters
Final verdict: Makes for an amazing everyday option. Highly recommended.
