Review:
The coffee has notes of chocolate, nuts, malts and is a bit floral as well. It has a great aroma of berries and toffee. There is an underlying acidity to the balance which gives it a lemon-bodied touch. Moderate on sweetness and not too high on the bitters. A bright and floral coffee which works well as an iced brew.
Best for: Iced Pourover, Pourover
Worst for: Mokapot
