Review:
This coffee is very well balanced. It has notes of cocoa, nuts, caramel and a slight tropical fruit touch to it. The moderate bitters complement its mango-like sweet body and ends with a superb chocolaty finish. It is fairly complex but a pretty straightforward coffee otherwise. Makes for a great everyday options for medium to light roast lovers.
Best for: Pourovers, Aeropress, Espresso

Let the coffee sit for a few days so that it gets time to breathe. The sweets get highlighted over time.
Final verdict: I would drink this everyday. Absolutely recommended.
