Review:
This coffee has notes of milk chocolate, nuts, berries and toffee. The roaster mentions roasted hazelnut, toffee and plums as the tasting notes. This coffee has a brilliant aroma. The flavour profile is well balanced. There is an underlying sweetness across the length of the cup which finishes off on the palate, leaving behind a great aftertaste. A decently complex and delicate coffee. I still feel that more can be done to explore its potential.
