Review:
This coffee has notes of chocolate, apricot, biscuits and cornmeal. It has a lemony finish with a neat medium-light body. It's rounded acidity goes well with the balance of the coffee. The coffee has a dry biscuit finish which I think makes this a good coffee for food pairing. Fairly straighforward and a great everyday option. A versatile coffee.
Best for: Pourovers, Aeropress, Espresso

Try varying water temperature to get the most suited balance - lower temperature for sweetness/acidity and higher temperature for bitters
Final verdict: One of their bests. Recommended for both milk and black coffees.
