Review:

First things first: Absolutely loved this coffee. It looks good. It tastes good. It brews easy. And the roaster has done a great job on a great coffee. The roaster mentions notes of asian pear, sweet lime and jaggery. The cup starts with a pear-like note and quickly moves on to the sweet lime note with a medium to heavy body. The jaggery can be found in the cup as the temperature of the brew reduces and the background is highlighted. This coffee tastes brilliant when brewed over ice. I tried brewing using other methods as well and the outcome was satisfactory. Extremely versatile coffee. Every cup was enjoyable.

Balance: Sweet-complex acidity

Complexity: Moderate

Best for: Pourover, Aeropress

Pro tips:

Try brewing this coffee at 87-88°C and reduce the drink temperature to below 60°C to enjoy a sweet-complex balance.
