Review:

This coffee has notes of green apples, almonds and pear. It has a beautiful orange tinge which shines through the coffee. It has an almost sweet acidic balance with little to no bitters. The flavours are not exclusive, but the way its sweetness is layered with the acidity grants this coffee its brilliance. While the almond note would be absent through the coffee, it finishes off with an almond cream like aftertaste. The only negative that it has that it develops a bitter tinge in its balance with age which hits around the 15th day from roasting. It is not entirely undesirable but you will definitely miss the distinct sweetness from the peak of this coffee. Apart from this, hands down a great job on the roast profile and a brilliant coffee.

Best for: Pourovers, Aeropress

Worst for: NA

Pro tips:

Flavours peak in the 7 - 13 day window from roast day. Better to consume in the first 2 weeks.

Final verdict: Highly recommended
