Review:
This coffee has notes of dark chocolate, cacao nibs and citrus. The roaster mentions the cup profile as mellow, sweet with a chocolate note. This is a great Monsooned Malabar with an intense bitter, woody character and a slight smokiness. The cup ends with a dry finish but leaves behind a sweet aftertaste. This coffee took me by surprise for my experience with Monsooned Malabar hasn't been great historically.
