Review:
This coffee is very fruity and floral. It has notes of figs, jackfruit, mangoes and raisins. The roaster additionally mentions honey nectar as a tasting note which I felt was more mango-like in my opinion. It is one of those coffees which is overly complex but limited to a a very brief period (between 3rd and 9th day of roasting). The balance of this coffee is on point and this is the best Riverdale N72 in the market today. Only one word of caution: consume fast.
Best for: Pourovers
Worst for: Espresso
Pro tips:
Follow standard recipes to extract the most out of this coffee
Do not try to over-extract by grinding fine. Instead try varying the water temperature to get the right balance with a medium sized grind.
Final verdict: Absolutely worth trying. Buy a pack and share with loved ones asap.
