Review:
This coffee has notes of berries and tropical fruits. The roaster mentions raspberry, coffee blossom and black currant as the tasting notes. The coffee has a brilliant aroma and an equivalent flavour profile. The cup starts with a berry-like tartiness and then a sweetness takes over which can be likened to that of a jackfruit or mango. It has a medium to light body and finished off rather abruptly, leaving behind a slight acidic bitterness on the palate. Overall, the coffee performs decently well and efforts are seen in the processing of it.

Worst for: Espresso
Pro tips:
Use a coarser grind size along with a higher water temperature for a light bodied yet flavoursome balance
