Review:

This coffee has a distinct earthiness with notes of nuts and chocolate bitters. The roaster mentions citrus fruits, milk chocolate and nuts as the tasting notes. Somehow I couldn't get the citrus fruitiness mostly due to the dominant bitter balance. This coffee has a dry finish a slight oily finish. Much more suited to palates which prefer darker roasts and related brewing methods.

Best for: French Press, South Indian Filter

Worst for: Aeropress, Pourover

Pro tips:

Try blending this coffee with a lighter roast with a sweet finish to get a great espresso blend.

Final verdict: Not recommended for medium and light roast enthusiasts
