Review:

This coffee has notes of dark chocolate, malts, nuts and slightly acidic. The brand mentions cocoa, toasted nuts and raisins as the tasting notes. I couldn't really identify with the raisins but there is a slight acidity to the cup. The coffee starts with strong bold flavours and attempts to be complex. It ends of a sweet bitter note which lingers on your palate for a very long time. I think this coffee is much more suited for milk based drinks or food pairings and not manual brewing methods.

Balance: Bitter

Complexity: Low

Best for: French Press, Espresso, South Indian Filter

Worst for: Pourover

Pro tips:

Pair with savoury foods as its flavour profile can cut and complement it

Final verdict: They have a better coffee. This is suited only for specific brewi ng methods mentioned above.
