Review:
This coffee has notes of chocolate, caramel, toffee and a slight earthiness to it. It is high on bitters but more along the lines of cocoa nibs. It has a heavy body, almost steely. The coffee finished with a smooth dark chocolate note and a smoky aftertaste owing to the roast profile. A fairly decent coffee but not sure if this is the way forward for a coffee like Tat Tvam Asi.
Best for: Pourovers, Espresso
Worst for: AeroPress
