Review:

This coffee has notes of raisins, jackfruit and a slight lemon-zestiness. The roaster mentions red wine, jackfruit and floral as the tasting notes. This coffee is heavy on aromatics especially the floral notes. It has a rounded body and a sweet underlying note that runs smoothly in the background. It has a brilliant complexity to it, not to under-developed and definitely not over-developed. Just the right balance and the best that can be extracted from this coffee. Performs brilliantly over a longer period brewing which makes this a winner, credit for which goes to the roaster.

Best for: Pourovers, Aeropress

Worst for: Siphon

Pro tips:

As recommended by the roaster, going finer till the point where the astringency is undesirable. Then take a one level higher grind size.

Brew over ice to highlight the winey notes.

Final verdict: Absolutely recommended. One of the best options for your regular cup of magical coffee.
