Review:

This coffee has notes of chocolate, tangerine, berries and a little biscuit-like touch running in the background. The tasting notes are strawberry-blackberry compote, lemon meringue pie as mentioned by the roaster. This can be called a bright coffee with a bitter balance, one of the first of it’s kind. The coffee starts strong, runs sweet in the middle and ends with a dry finish. Overall, a great coffee to experiment with but requires delicate methods of brewing to get the complexity it packs.

Best for: Pourovers, Aeropress

Worst for: Espresso

Pro tips:

Ask the roaster for the best method to brew this coffee

Pairs well with sweet foods

Final verdict: Definitely a coffee worth giving a shot. Recommended for most types of coffee drinkers.
